Employers should continue using the current Form I-9, after its expiration date of October 31, 2022, until further notice.
The Department for Homeland Security (DHS) will publish a notice at I-9 Central https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central to announce the new version of the Form I-9 once it becomes available. Guardian HR will send out another LAWlert, as soon as the new Form is available.
