Once an employee has made a complaint, it is important to investigate the matter thoroughly and in a timely manner. Investigations should be open-minded and unbiased, with all facts being taken into account before coming to any conclusions. It is essential to consider the views of all parties involved and allow them the opportunity to provide their perspectives on the issue.
