Cal/OSHA today posted fact sheets and updated its FAQs on COVID-19
Prevention Emergency Temporary Standards
(ETS) to reflect revisions
adopted by the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board on April 21, 2022
The ETS revisions incorporate updated guidance from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and make the ETS more flexible if changes are made to CDPH guidance in the future. The updated ETS standards are in effect now through December 31, 2022. See our LAWLERT Cal/OSHA Adopts Final Version of ETS that summarizes the key changes to the ETS.

The ETS applies to most workers in California not covered by the Aerosol Transmissible Diseases Standard.

CAL/OSHA has also released updated fact sheets:

The FAQs and Fact Sheets are available in the Guardian HR Forms Library > CORORNAVIRUS > State-Specific Information (Sick Leave, Local Orders, etc.) > California > CALOSHA Emergency Temporary Standards folder.
