Dear Client,

Please disregard the previous LAWlert, which was drafted and set to send before yesterday’s late-night OSHA vote. The California Department of Industrial Relations released the following statement earlier today: https://www.dir.ca.gov/DIRNews/2021/2021-60.html

The Board could consider new revisions at a future meeting, perhaps as early as the regular meeting on June 17. In the meantime, the protections adopted in November of 2020 will remain in effect.
