URGENT CA: Minimum Wage Rate Changes Effective July 1

On July 1, 2021, the minimum wage rate will increase in a number of cities/counties across California, including Los Angeles and San Francisco:

 

Alameda 
Berkely $16.32
Emeryville $17.13
Fremont $15.25 (Large Employers), $15.00 (Small Employers)
Los Angeles  
Los Angeles County $15.00 (Small Employers)
Los Angeles $15.00 (Small Employers)
Pasadena $15.00 (Small Employers)
Santa Monica $15.00 (Small Employers)
San Francisco  
San Francisco $16.32
Santa Clara 
Milpitas $15.65

 

Any locations not listed above will remain at the CA STATE Minimum Wage, which is currently at $14.00 for all employers with 26 or more employees and $13.00 for small employers (25 or fewer employees). This rate will increase on January 1, 2022.
